Turn off 'auto run', Windows XP and Windows7

When you plug in a USB removable disc to your computer, it runs automatically. Some auto run virus copy in your computer at that time. So, you should turn off auto run from your system. Do the following step:
1. Click Start button.
2.  Click on Run button, use search box for windows7
3. Write regedit.exe Then Press Enter
4. Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
5. Click on System folder
6. Click on Current Control Set
7. Click on Services folder
8. Click on CdRom
9. Click on Auto run at the right side of the scream
10. Put value data '0' for 1 then click Ok
That's all.
