You can make a group blog using blogger. At first make a blog at blogger. For this go Blogger and create a blog. You are the admin of this blog. Now go your dashboard and click on settings. A new page will be opened, in permission section click on add authors in will open a blank box. Write your friend's email address in this box and click INVITE. You can invite more and more people to join your blog. Than Go Here..
